Compilers

Compilers look at the entire piece of source code from a program and collect and reorganize the code into the language the computer can understand. There are many different kinds of compilers, but the two more popular and used compilers are C++ and Fortran.

Intel provides C++ and Fortran compilers. Pathscale EKOPATH and Absoft Fortran 95 compilers are also popular.
